Blue Heron is available in four unique flavors.

Herb & Garlic

This young, fresh cheese has garlicky umami balanced by our West Coast Herb blend, featuring marigold, which offers a soft, buttery note. Use this any way you wish: bagels, pasta, salads, on its own.

The Crown

This semi-soft cheese can be sliced, torn apart, or spread. It's mildly smoky and umami forward. It is a perfect companion to tacos, quesadillas, roast peppers, or on its own. Pairs well with beer and white wine.

Le Bluet Cumulus

This fresh, young, cheese has bright acidity grounded by the earthy sweetness of blueberry. It is creamy and dense and is best used in fresh rather than hot dishes. It slices and crumbles well and can be enjoyed in salads or on its own.

Cormorant

Our 'introduction to blue cheese'. Aged for a minimum of 8 weeks, the ash rind and mold cultures offer an earthy depth to this cheese. It leaves a mild impression of a blue cheese but is denser and less piquant.
